PRODUCTION

Production is focused on quality wine, all of which is given over to an aging period in barrels (crianza.) Tempranillo provides the base of the wines and contributions are made from other varietals (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah) depending on the harvests.

The length of the crianza is determined by the quality of each harvest.

Production is mainly geared towards young, yet complex wines, which are fresh, but well-rounded, structured and flavoursome. Perfectly blended; the power of the Tempranillo perfectly complements the aromas and tastes that develop from the addition of other varietals and from the new wood of the barrels.

There can be no doubt that current wines will improve with the passage of time. Future conditions will determine the ongoing development of wine production, building on traditional methods with the constant objective of improving quality and variety.
